Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry or requesting a discovery call does not create a construction contract or commit you to a purchase. The scope, price, specifications, responsibilities and programme for a project must be set out in a separate written agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement governs the project.
Pricing, milestones and escrow
Website descriptions explain our services and are not a personalised quotation or banking agreement. Fixed pricing, milestone funding, escrow arrangements, verification requirements, payment approvals and any delay credits must be documented in the applicable project and banking agreements. Follow the agreed funding schedule and review those terms before committing funds.

Articles, images and service descriptions provide general information. They do not replace a site assessment or advice tailored to your project. Costs, permissions and construction requirements depend on the project. We aim to keep information accurate and may update it when circumstances change.
